Tone Arms:

  •  5 burpees
  • 10 pushups
  • 20 dips
  • 30 bicep curls
  • 40 second plank
  • 50 plank knee tucks
  • (plank position, alternate knees to chest)

Firm and tone legs muscles:

  • 10 lunges
  • 10 squats
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 calf raises
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 10 single leg bridges
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 10 second wall sit

If you don’t have weights, try using full water bottles or milk jugs.
